The room was ver cozy and comfortable. The service in the bar and at breakfast was great and the food/ drinks affordable. Everything was amazing and I would return.

There was a delicious breakfast, all staff were very friendly and the hotel is very well located to see the sights and for public transport

Great location just off the main road, next to a canal. Little traffic so the hotel is quiet. Rooms are clean, tidy. Good shower. Bed is comfy. Staff was friendly. Cannot comment on the resturant as we did not use it/ was closed.

Very comfortable bed, beautiful decor... felt very homely and safe, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is tasty and made with care, and a fabulous wine selection.

The hotel is beautiful, linens and bed very comfy. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean and the bathrooms are large with plenty of vanity room, with nice rain shower! We really love this hotel! Booked it twice already with my husband and our friends and we will be back for sure! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Hamburg! Location is terrific!

The hotel was easy to find, and had lovely decor. There was a very well-stocked mini-bar (but with prices to match!) The breakfast was very generous, but not quick.
